yes, pluralpedia supports and shows endosystem terms and overall mixed origin stuff. which isnt real at all lol most of the terms are fake and make no sense burp. instead of going to pluralpedia i recommend you actually research in actual medical pages or personal experiences posts made by actual systems

most of them are really weird with the fact that they're a sys LOL, and i say this from experience. it's either "quirky" for them or don't even see it as a real disorder + most of them are also REALLY young and probably faking. I'm allowed to curate my online spaces and that includes limiting interaction with systems specifically in pony town. Most of my friends are systems anyway so it doesn't rlly change much lol, it's not weird, it's just putting boundaries
